Michelle Ilyayev is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a no nonsense approach to psychotherapy. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety, and I’ve worked with many therapists in the past, often feeling like I wasn’t getting anywhere. While working with Michelle, I’ve had exposure to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and it feels much more like science. We’ve developed goals, and we work towards those during every session, her ability to communicate steps to improve is wonderful, and it’s fantastic to see and feel small gains towards better mental health. I’ve worked with Michelle in a one on one therapy setting as well as group therapy. I highly recommend her as a mental health therapist.
